We’ll start with a phone call to talk through how we can help you. Then we’ll arrange a visit where we’ll look at your project from an interior design and build point of view. We’ll measure up, and come back to you with some prices. This will take the form of a shopping list of possible options that you can choose from so your project fits your budget. We can advise on ways to get the very most out of your budget.

Once the work has been agreed, you’ll receive a contract for your design and build work that will include a schedule of work, a payment schedule and a project timeline. We keep everything really transparent so you know exactly what to expect and when.

Then we get to work on the interior design and home styling elements. We’ll start by looking at the layout, mocking up your space to scale and making suggestions on how we think the new space should be laid out. Once the layout has been signed off, we’ll work on the design board, creating your personal style and how your space will look and feel.

We’ll cover everything from furniture, flooring, lighting, window treatments, soft furnishings and accessories. You’ll have a great idea of how your new space will look before the building work even begins.

We’ll then set to work on sourcing and ordering everything that’s needed for your project from our list of carefully chosen wholesalers, offering you large discounts on great value items.

Step three…Build

With the design in place we can pass on the full details to the builder to get the building stage of the project started. We will project manage the build on your behalf and meet with you each week for a site meeting to ensure everything is moving along to plan and you’re happy with the progress.

This is a chance to make any tweaks as we go which invariably happen - we don’t want to miss an opportunity to make improvements along the way.

You will also have a building contact on site who you can speak to as and when you need to. We work with a great team of people who are incredibly skilled at what they do.

The final stage of your project. When the building work is complete it’s time to bring your home to life. We will arrange for everything to be delivered to your home at a time that is convenient to you and causes the least disruption. Then everything will be put into place and laid out in one go. No more projects that never get finished or go on forever… Everything will be done and ready for you to start living…and loving!
